Private School Owner Caught On Top Of Female Student

A 40-year-old school proprietor in Ado Ekiti , the Ekiti State capital, Mr Tunde Ibitoye, has been nabbed by the police for allegedly having canal knowledge of 11-year-old pupil.

Ibitoye, owner of God is Great Nursery and Primary School located in Kajola area of Ado Ekiti was caught in the act at a location in Agric Olope, Ajilosun Area, Ado Ekiti by a mechanic...

The Police Public Relations Officer of the state command, Mr Victor Babafemi, confirmed the arrest, saying the randy proprietor had taken the victim to bed on four different occasions.

The police image maker said the suspect was detained at the Criminal Investigation Department of the Police headquarters, to assist police in their investigation. The mechanic who caught him is Kayode Ayeni.

According to him, the suspect was a regular caller at the new market being constructed by Gov. Kayode Fayemi administration, which had become a hideout for criminals in recent times.

He further revealed that the suspect was conveying the victim and one other pupil to their respective homes, on Monday, in his private car, and suddenly stopped at the new market on the pretext that he wanted to defecate, but with alleged intention to defile the girl.

He said: “After five to 10 minutes in the bush, the proprietor called the pupil to bring tissue paper for him. But unfortunately for him, someone was watching. And out of curiosity, the man went there and met the two of them naked. He then raised alarm, which attracted people to the spot.”

The girl, according to him, was taken to University Teaching Hospital for check-up, saying the outcome is being expected to guide them on the next line of action.

He said the father of the victim confirmed that the pupil had come home several times with bloodstains, which he said was mistaken for monthly menstrual flow.

The PRO said following this revelation “All other pupils in the school will be quizzed and critically examined to ascertain the level of sexual relationship between them and the suspect"

Governor Wamakko To Join APC, Says PDP Is Sinking Under Bamabgar Tukur

As the PDP continues fight with itself, one of its suspended governors, Aliyu Wamakko of Sokoto State, on Wednesday came down hard and heavy on the National Chairman of the party, Bamanga Tukur, denouncing him as a political prostitute whose mission is to destroy the party and north.

Addressing a mammoth crowd at the Government House on his return to the Sokoto, Wamakko said people like Bamanga Tukur and Ahmed Gulak, President Goodluck Jonathan's Special Adviser on Political Matters, have no business in any party as they do not have what it takes.

On his suspension from the party, Governor Wamakko, who was flanked by Speaker Aminu Tambuwal, vehemently dismissed the development, saying he has no apology whatsoever...

He stressed further, “I will never support Godswill Akpabio, the Chairman of PDP Governors Forum.”

Wamakko called on real PDP leaders to bring back, Ahmadu Ali and Abubakar Kawu Baraje, to continue as Chairman and Secretary of the party, if they do not want the party to collapse soon.

The governor said, “When we took over PDP in 2011, the party has no single elected person from Sokoto state. Today we have won all the 234 seats of the Councilors as well as all the 23 local government chairmen. We have won all the 30 members of the state house of assembly, all the 11 members of the national assembly, all the 3 senators as well as the governor and his deputy, therefore the peoples of Sokoto state are ardent lovers and supporters of Alu not PDP.”

In a related development, there are strong indications that Gov Wamakko may be the first PDP governor to openly dump the party and declare for the All Progressive Congress, APC, and he may likely move with the Speaker of the House of Reps, Aminu Tambuwal and all Tambuwal supporters in the House.
The governor was said to have held a closed-door meeting with Bola Ahmed Tinibu in Lagos upon his arrival from The Netherlands, where he attended an investment forum. A source say Wamakko spent over 3 hours with Tinubu to discuss the terms of his joining the APC.
